OUR STORY

The story has begun in 2015, when a couple far from their sun-baked Sahara homeland found warmth in a simple ritual, velvety chocolate melting on their tongues, dotted with tart cherries. It became their refuge, a taste of sweetness against the howling cold. Years later, when they returned to their desert roots, they craved that same richness, that quiet joy. But it was rare to experience the same joy in the local market offerings back then.

So they wandered through Swiss valleys where chocolate flowed like rivers, past Parisian patisseries where truffles shine like jewels, and into Belgian workshops where cocoa was turned into art. They learned secrets from master chocolatiers, how to temper chocolate to a glassy sheen, balance bitter and sweet, and fold stories into every bite.

When they returned, they brought more recipes. They carried a dream to craft chocolates that felt like heirlooms—pieces you can save for a rainy day or gift to someone who can understand. No shortcuts, no additives. Just Swiss and Belgian couverture chocolate, ethically sourced cherries, spices from sun-drenched markets, and cocoa traded fairly to lift farmers' hands.

Each creation became a bridge between worlds, truffles dusted with Saharan salt, bonbons filled with Oregon cherry jam. And bars flecked with cardamom from their grandmother's pantry. They wrapped them in recycled parchment, whispering. This is for moments that matter.

Today, their chocolates are more than treats. They're edible diaries of blizzards weathered, deserts crossed, and the quiet truth that joy grows boldest when shared. Join us as we transform chocolate from a treat into an experience that celebrates the nostalgia of savoring those snowy nights in Oregon because the best stories are always written in cocoa and shared heart-first.
